    1. Conduct a simple impact analysis, comparing the current state of Sears organization with your desired state, first identifying what already exists to support the desired state.
    2. Next, identify what blocks the desired state directly and must be dismantled or created anew to support the desired state.
  2. Provide a detailed post that demonstrates clear, insightful critical thinking. Your initial posting should be 200-300 words long.
  3. Your initial posting is to include, at a minimum, one resource properly cited and referenced: The Change Leader’s textbook.
