1. Seventy-three percent of the survey respondents reported that they use online training methods such as virtual classrooms, webcasts, video broadcasting, and mobile applications for mandatory or compliance training; approximately 26% of all training hours are delivered by such methods (Training, 2015). Have you participated in any electronic training at work? If so, how well did the e-training comply with the Gagne’s Nine Step Training Design model (discussed in Week 5) and Adult Learning Theory (discussed in Week 4)? Based on what you have learned so far in the course, what could have improved your learning experience?
