He further informed me that all incidents are investigated according to developed procedures and remedial actions are followed. It was further seen that organization has provided adequate resources for implementation of health and safety requirements. There is a monthly safety committee meeting chaired by the project manager involving all essential stakeholder and discuss health and safety related affairs. The agenda is circulated before the meeting is held and then discussed accordingly. The organization is using both active and reactive monitoring methods to check and improve health and safety performance of the organization. Daily inspections are being carried out. Safety tours and safety sampling is performed and records maintained. A series of audits being performed by the organization to check how its management system is being operated.
