2) Outline 2 SPECIFIC policies that you would develop to address the radicalization factor that you described in the first part of your response. NOTE: 1 policy must be a FEDERAL-LEVEL policy (i.e. something that the federal government would implement across the entire country) and 1 policy must be a LOCAL-LEVEL policy (i.e. something that you would encourage community members (like members of a school, church, county, etc.) to implement.
