The house requires some preparation work for the sale along with some administrative tasks to complete the listing. The yard is in rough shape and requires work. The lawn needs to be mowed and shrubs trimmed. The front walkway and rear patio area need to have broken paving stones replaced. The exterior siding needs to be repainted. Several broken-down trellises need to be removed or replaced. Interior design work must also be completed. The kitchen, bathroom, and hallways all require repainting. The great room and living room areas of the house need to be professionally decorated. A spare room needs to be converted back into a bedroom and the entire house needs to be staged with rental furniture for the upcoming showings.
