Summarize the case “Optimizing Flu Vaccine Planning at North Shore University Health System” 2. Draw (flow chart) the “flu vaccine supply chain”. 3. Suggest ways to improve availability of flu vaccines at Northshore. 4. Draw a flowchart for the “COVID-19 vaccine supply chain”. What were the challenges in managing this supply chain and how were they addressed? What lessons can we learn?
