Address this Project Management situation.
- You are preparing a presentation for your customer that details your projectâ€™s status, which you will provide tomorrow to your customer and your company’s senior leaders.
- As you are reviewing the presentation one last time, you are informed that your supplier will not deliver critical materials for your project for two months. You have no time to work out a plan to get the project back on track before the presentation tomorrow morning.
