Describe a time when you worked on a project – either at work or at school where:

1. Goals were defined.

2. The leader removed obstacles and provided resources.

3. A project plan existed and good communication occurred. What was the outcome? What was your role? How did the items above help results or remove conflicts? Now, describe a situation where the steps above were not in place. What do you recall were the issues?

B. See page 120. Pick the category you believe you best fall into as a leader. Why? Is that the category you aspire to be? Why? C. You are placed in charge of a project that spans 3 departments or 3 separate groups. Identify in list order the 10 steps you’d take or plan for to accomplish the goal of the project.
