TikTok thrives off of emotional connection from the video posted to the audience reached with that video. The more people who see the video, the more the app projects the video onto other people’s pages to create that connection with other people to the video. Tiktok is very good at using their algorithm to arouse emotional connection and specify certain videos and creators to appeal to your liking. The more that a consumer uses the app, the more specific their videos get to them which subconsciously creates an emotional connection to the app. TikTok provides a platform for companies to utilize their marketing techniques to their advantage. Because Tiktoks platform can be so selective to its user, brands can leverage their products through TikTok influencers or people of a large following to advertise their products to specific people using the algorithm TikTok has implemented.”
