In preparation, the organization CEO/superintendent has asked you to prepare a briefing paper for the council. Please include race, culture, language, exceptionality, class and gender. What programs are currently in place to accommodate their differing needs? Does current research indicate that these programs are appropriate? After evaluating what is currently in place, make recommendations for addressing the particular challenges within your organization, college, or school.
