You are currently a computer technician employed by Tech Assistance, Inc. The company provides a wide range of services, including computer system setup, PC and server repairs, and upgrades, virus and spyware removal, data recovery services, and Internet security. The company was founded by Erin Wilson about five years ago. You are one of five technicians who make service calls and occasionally work in the repair center when needed. You like your work but feel a sense of frustration when fellow employees fail to give their best efforts.
