You are a sales associate who works for ABC, Inc. Your Manager gives you an excel sheet with all of your group’s annual sales data pulled from the sales database. The way the sales data is recorded is by various sales reps going into a sales tracking application and typing in data into various fields on the web form. He asks you to take a look at the excel sheet and give him a list of the top 5 sales rep by amount sold by quarter and the top 5 customers. The data columns are Sales Rep ID, Buyer, Point of Contact, Method, Amount, and Date. Review Data Table 1 found in the Reference tab. What did ABC, Inc. forget to create to support the data model? What are the benefits of creating it? Explain to your Manager how it can correct the data model going forward.
