For example, the group should evaluate the efficacy of the various methods or steps taken by asking questions such as: where/when did you make progress and why, which particular methods proved to be problematic and why, what were the dead-ends or detours you took and what was the learning you gained from these ‘failures’ along the way? Demonstration of a critical engagement with the DT process is vital for showcasing a reflective team environment.
