In Queensland, the state government has entered into an agreement with a private landowner, Wager Corporation. The 1,000-bed facility will be built in Toowoomba. Under the agreement, Wager Corporation will build the modules for the facility and open phase one of the project in late 2021, work started on 1^st of September. The cost of the facility is expected to be less than $75million.
