To this end we study history we carry on complex discussions and we refine our understanding of governmental and societal structures.?For this weekly assessment though we will begin with a much broader question. To start the course we want to begin to recognize and reflect upon how even the seemingly innocuous aspects of culture and civic life tell us things about values and norms. ?So we will turn to the sign featured at the start of the module. What are your impressions of the sign? How might it be perceived by someone new to the State? What aspects of the sign support your answer?
